i have been on 16 mg daily for three months. i have not dosed for over 80 hrs and am not having any WD symptoms other that night sweats and a bit of irritability, but nothing like kicking H is this normal am i just lucky or am i going to way up one day feeling like i got hit by a truck

80 hours is good. Keep strong and prepare yourself. That's all you can do. The half life of sub is tricky when it comes to withdrawals. It can happen after 2 days and sometimes 4 days. I've stopped sub many times and finally stopped it now for a year - don't get over confident and think all is ok because the Wd might creep on you. If after 3 more days you still dont have withdrawals. Consider yourself lucky and don't go back because the next time you kick won't be so easy. Also the WD from sub are much less intense than opiates IME. Others will tell you it's just as bad. Also usually people ween down to 2 or 1mg before jumping. Stopping at your dose is usually not recommended

sub withdrawals don't start really till day 3 or 4 and they never end; Good luck

ya i forgot to mention that i tapped down to about 1 mg the strips can get tricky to cut blow that but thanks for the info

I did tapper down to 1 mg the last month forgot to mention that guess that bit of info is important

Oh I thought you dropped from 16mg. Well since you went to 1mg over the last month you're probably just going to get cold sweats. The shits, and restless legs at night for 5-10 days. Weaning down to 1mg does a lot of good and really minimizes withdrawal
