I left his suboxone/water under the sink in the bathroom instead of the fridge like usual. It was there for a month covered in a glass container. I opened it and it had a faint smell of alcohol and it has separated a bit. Has it gone bad? Is it still safe to take? Should I shake it up or poor through a screen. This is a new for me as he normally keeps it refrigerated. Thanks.

a month under the bathroom sink? ick, thats just gross. bacteria takes practically no time at all to grow, so i'm gonna go with ::not safe::, dude.

also, you screwed up there, youre all "swim, swim, swim", and then you accidentally switch to "i". also, youre not allowed to use that acronym in this forum. that rule is posted allllll over the place yo.

Yea fuck that this isnt even advanced more like common sense would you drink water that had been sitting under your sink for a month?

-This does not belong in Advanced Drug Discussion.
-Stop using SWIM, it makes your posts hard to read and it stands for "Someone Who Is Me".

hah, i didnt even notice that it was in ADD. jeeeebus, this thread is alllll kindsa awful.

OP: you should really read that thingy that is on the front page... ya know, the thing for greenlighters that you HAVE to read. it has all the rules and such. but it also explains things like where a post would properly be categorized, and the fact that we own up to our shit and dont allow other people not to by using those stupid "SWIM" things. youre not foolin anybody, sweetie. anyway, take a sec, read the thing for greenlighters. its informative, you'll love it. or at least your next post will be kosher.

ps: kinda got beat to the punch there.

I just posted the exact same question in drugs-forum site and they have the swim policy and I've been barked at for not using the acronym on that site in the past. It's been a while since I've been on this site and am happy to use "I".
The sub is sealed in a glass mason jar and in a cubbard under a wrap-around counter-top that has a sink (it's not like it's been sitting under a dripping pipe). The question is in the advanced forum because one would have to know the effects of room temperature on the composition of suboxone and water and if there is some method of cleaning it up.

Yes I would absolutely drink bottled water if it where kept in the very same place.

Secondly, assuming some bacteria did get into the jar and contaminated the sub/water my next question would be is there a way for me to salvage the Bupe. For instance, can I boil and/ or extract it somehow. I'm not prepared to throw out $250 worth of suboxone unless I absolutely have to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
