Suboxone doctors in Chicago area.

Apologies if this question is a breach of the guidelines. My girlfriend just moved up (chicagoland) here from FL. She wants to continue her Subutex treatment and is looking for a DR. She is not sure what the protocol is for this state or how transferring works and is wondering if anyone has any suggestions.
