Bupe Suboxone and the liver

3-4 months ago one of the ORT doctor had me take a liver enzyme blood test since they're discovering that long term use of suboxone is a bad idea, it's more made for 3 month detox. Came out normal, many people, mostly girls were telling me they were in extreme pain from their liver or pancreas swelling up because of bupe which was confirmed at the ER.

This morning I picked up my weekly allowance of bupe and had my dose for today in front of the pharmacist as usual and went home with the rest. Just as I got the car in the garage, I started getting razorblade pain inside my upper left quadrant, it was intolerable, it felt like when it's been too long I went without Prevacid or Nexium, so I had a Nexium with a large glass of water. It took care of the pain and bloating about 1/2. It literally felt like when I had gotten sick from drinking too much back when I was young, so I lied on my right side and the pain was more bearable this way. I woke up up 3h30 later and it's still going, although it's tolerable, even had one of my gf's swiss rolls with a glass of milk and things went down and I only felt its "presence". Thing is I didn't have my normal dose of bupe, I spit out what was in my mouth after driving home from the pharmacy (which isn't enough time, maybe had it for 10 minutes), but I'm scared shitless of taking even just a 2mg tablet more to compensate for what i spit out, supposed to take 12mg a day, I usually take random doses until I'm well since I got all my privileges, and those doses can vary, I really feel like I need a little more but I don't want to taste fate.

I can't help but think it was all the mountain dew, seroquel (25mg for sleep ones, they still cause me stomach upset sometimes, but nothing like that usually) and a shitload of gummy bears (not the Harribo Sugarless ones heh, so that aint it) I had during the night waiting to get my bupe, also swallowed 3 pieces of Trident Splash pieces of gum and I never really have gum, stopped smoking months ago, vaping instead.

I've taken some of my million laxatives I have here since being on methadone/suboxone, had 4 8,6mg sessonides and a couple 200mg colace, I know that ain't much, bisacodyl tablets are not paid for by the government and damnit its the thing that works best, works even better than PegLyte, I had the laxatives in a cover-all-bases kind of way in case I'm just really bloated from classic opiate constipation.

What should I do, take just 2mg more? (remember it was 12mg that had me feel like my liver was going to explode(as I am saying that I'm having strikes of semi-pain/gas moving around in my torso)) or just endure the ride today with what I had, I already had more xanax than I should because I didn't get to have my favourite day of the week to go the way it should. Been 15 months on bupe now, I think I'll go back on methadone, at least the methadone side effects are easy to manage, slam myself with testosterone and take anti-estrogen (anastrazole) and I am fine then, no blood tests, no specialists (so fuckin sick of having seen so many specialists in my still kinda young life).

I kinda answered myself right now I think, but I can't be sure it's only the bupe or the bupe + other circumstances I've listed here that caused me to lie down all morning and call in sick.

Been a while since I posted, should have used the bupe megathread, if a mod can merge that post in there it would be nice.

As for how I feel right now, it's better, still not 100%, I was able to eat some cranberry+cacao cookies (2) and I didn't play with my luck by having any more, still have a sensation in my right upper-lower quadrant, but it's not painful, it's there, just like back then when I was getting better after drinking like crazy then purging for most of the morning.

It's weird how it happened, yeah the pain is gone now, and hasn't come back with further doses (taken the next day). When I got home with my 12mg dose in my mouth, my oesophagus was killing me so bad, I spit my dose way earlier than I should with still a solid piece because I couldn't wait to eat a Nexium to make things better.

I burped here and there, still felt like I was getting stabbed in the liver (upper left quadrant, not lower left quadrant pain like so many people think liver pain is, I've had true liver pain from drinking senseless and too fast with high % cheap beer in the long distant past (Carling Supreme 1.18L bottles, 8%, the 9% was Carling Extreme lol...anyway), we played dice and we were just 3. The pain the next day as my liver was pushing out bile and I could physically feel it which kept me over the toilet bowl for 12 hours was similar in pain after the Nexium seemed to have taken care of the insane oesophagus pain. Then I took 2mg of xanax and layed on my right side, the pain was more tolerable this way. I still get pains here and there, but damnit a few months ago my ORT doc, well one of them, you never know who you will meet, although I usually meet the 2 best ones (they give us the great ones when you have shown to be a good patient). They're the ones who scripted me proton pump inhibitors, had 3 months of pantoloc (pantoprazole) and 3 months of nexium, would rotating next to PrevAcid (lansoprazole) be wise ? I know I took a break between pantoloc and nexium with 600mg Cimetidine pills, yeah, I managed to get a script from my GP telling him I missed it being on the aisles at the pharmacy that it was the best thing for stomach pain, and that's not really lying, he gave me 12 renewals. So maybe the fact I mixed Nexium and Cimetidine for so long is me getting rebound acidity. My cimetidine script is over, I had gotten it to make my valium work better, but it didnt really, it did work well when I was on Methadone, made me nod the morning away and then it was a bit more out of my system quicker, that was an advantage then which made it easy to drop methadone dose, since the cimetidine made it act like medium length opioid.

Anyway, rebound acidity not helped by the bupe? Liver pain from too many medication? (I'm scripted to about 6 things I gotta take everyday or once a week), sometimes I think the Delatestryl (testosterone subdermal shots) isn't that good for me and I've been taking less than scripted for a while and keep taking the anti-estrogen everyday. Or maybe switching to an antacid I never tried (PrevAcid/Lansoprazole) would help? Is there another *prazole out there ? Of course I'm gonna ignore Omeprazole, since I was taking the supposedly better esomeprazole. Any ideas welcomed.
