So i took a suboxone 8/2mg film for the first time in a long time this morning. I know it has the opiate blocker naloxone in it but i do not know that much about it. Is naloxone a drug that builds up in your system? So the real question is, if i took suboxone this morning, can i do dope tonight? Or would it be pointless due to the naloxone?

The naloxone really isn't the problem here. Its the bupe itself. If you did dope tonight you'd probably have to do way to much to feel any affects. You'll need to wait at least a day or 2 to get any enjoyable affects from dope. I know from personal experiance...

As the above poster said its way more complicated then one thing simply blocking it from working. In short it is completely pointless doing it less then 24 hours after and pretty much pointless 24-48 and since you only took 1 8mg suboxone, you should feel dope almost 100% after 48 hours. The build up is important in long term but you will be not have lasting tolerance issues or anything just be sure to wait 2 days.
