10-15 grams of Red vein high quality kratom is a good dose for achieving strong opioid effects (I've nodded on this dose with no tolerance before), but with a tolerance, I really can't say of that will even be enough. Be wary and take some laxatives as well, a dose like this will block you up pretty badly. I recommend a brand that goes by the abbrev. of southern california if you can find it or the brand recommended earlier with an animal name.
To expand on the quality of the kratom, look for reputable vendors and Aimee73 is absolutely right, head shops are not the way to go. Online is your best bet and you can find the best vendors through some searches here and on reddit. Either way, look for a red vein bali or borneo they are the most analgesic IMO.
