I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on this or if anyone can enlighten me. I'm wondering if there's any reason to believe that Sublocade may be more dangerous in combinations than other, short-acting forms of Buprenorphine. By short-acting I just mean formulations that aren't extended release. My main concern if you can call it that is Sublocade mixed with other depressants. I got the 300mg shot, so technically speaking, I DO have 300mg of buprenorphine in my body even if it's not all active at the moment. If someone were to pop a benzo or a carisoprodol or something do you think they'd be in more danger than someone who is on daily maintenance and does 2 sublingual doses? My gut tells me that sublocade is no more dangerous but I figured I'd ask
