When I take Lorazepam the ones I am using currently I think are the 1MG APO Rectangular non flavoured or meant to be put under the tongue but I know it works from what I have read. I just want to know when it is is all in a powder like in a tiny spoon I use before I put it right at my big tongue veins looking into the mirror for maximum absorption possibly a tiny bit better than just swallowing from what I have read at least if not just the same but definitely makes Lorazepam particularly come on quicker peak in 15 minutes which is the effect it is mainly used for in case seizures. Once it dissolves into your saliva or a few drops of water like i mean a bit of water forced squeezed from a visine bottle cleaned out and safe to put under your tongue and help if you got dry mouth from smoking weed and the GABAPentin you took 2 hours before hand to Potentiate/Snyergize with the Lorazepam.

Well basically my question is will the Lorazepam that is dissolved in the fluid mixture in your mouth that seems to have sat there enough to be all absorbed by the tongue veins but the fluid looks the same and still has that faint sweet taste to it if any at all. I do not like the taste or hate it kinda chalky and weird with the sweet like you would like it if it did not need that sweet taste to cover up that forbidden chalky taste lol. Anyways enough with the Diarrhea and Vomiting of the mouth WHEN I SWALLOW MY Lorazepam Fluid in my mouth into my empty stomach to ensure I got ALL OF IT but how much was absorbed sublingual Route Administration? I would really just like to know of those who HAVE the ACTUAL sublingual Formulations does the Pill Dissolve into NOTHINGNESS into your mouth and you can no longer taste it after a few minutes and for sure almost completely if not totally absorbed by that Route Via Different my way? Or do the ones made for being put under the tongue work just as well as the ones meant to be swallowed Orally? Please I REALLY REALLY NEED AN ANSWER!!!

Your post rambled on a little bit too much but I Think I got the question.

The amount that was absorbed sublingually depends on how long you held it in your mouth.

The oral bioavailability is 85% which is pretty damn high anyway.

Either way I think you got your answer.
If it is an uncomfortable ROA for you then just take it orally.
It will work if your body needs it to.

I exclusively take lorazepam (and pretty much all benzodiazepines) via the sublingual ROA.

IIRC, sublingual lorazepam of oral tablets can get you 94-99% BA, confirmed by the following source:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6121043

From that study/journal/article ^^ "Absolute systemic availability for trials B, C, D, and E averaged 95.9, 99.8, 94.1, and 98.2%," D & E = sublingual route and D = Lorazepam pills sublingualed that are made to be taken orally; and E = Lorazepam pills made for sublingual use.

D= 94.1%
E (the ones made to be taken under tongue) = 98.2%

And I am guessing that is just one study, but i think its safe to say that if the pill has a sublingual version then its safe to say you can sublingual even the "non-sublingual" form and get pretty much the same Bioavailiablity (BA) as the version made for sublingual use. So I understand why a lot about perople like to sublingual their benzos, especially sense a lot of them kick in faster when taking that way. But they also all have good BA in the stomach... I like how you can take most benzo sublingually b/c it comes in handy when you have a full stomach, as a i feel when you take a pill on a full stomach it inhibits its onset and strength... So when you got a full stomach, under the tongue is a good way to go to avoid the stomach all together.. :) ok im rambling, my bod.

I just felt the need to point that out incase some of you didn't wanna read the study, it basically says whether its a benzo pill made for oral use or sublingual and how they differ when both taken sublingually. Of course the BA was was about the same for both the sublingual and non-sublingual form when taken sublingually..
