Hopefully, despite the shock & dismay of diagnosis, you get some relief from having an actual medical reason for feeling shit & treatment that will relieve the symptoms. Keep us posted & hope you feel better soon x

I have it too, Zeph--got diagnosed twenty years ago. As auto-immunes go, it is usually a lightweight and most symptoms don't get troublesome until you are over 60. Still, it's a bummer. I tried lots of dietary things and some did help but I have no discipline so in the end said fuck it and I eat what I want. The worst part for me is the dry skin and the fatigue/body aches. What are the symptoms you have now?
