PerHi again its another one of these crazy questions a few months ago i was on only 20 mls of meth and 6 mg of diazepam daily, but i was so depressed i was even contemplating ending it all.luckily i went to my clinic and had a good chat with the doctor i also occasionally have a snowball say about 3 times a fortnight so anyway i told her everything about me in a hostel no job scared to apply due to my long criminal record for shoplifting which ive stopped now thank god as i was in and out of prison and would have ended up doing a few years and being homeless was also an option.So my docto suggested i double my methadone dose so go up to 40 or 45 mls maximum over a few weeks again i had to argue that with the meth they will put you up down basically any dose ywant but if i were to ask for my diazepam to go up its an immidiate no no.WHY oh WHY is this. Another discussion that benzo problem so ive tapered from 20 to 4 mg of diazepam doing a 2 mg reductioan every month so 20 for a month then 18 for a month so on its took me 7 months to get to 4 i reccom end this taper to anyone wanting to do a benzo dettox its perfect. So im on 45ml of meth 4 mg of diazepam and ive even stopped using now comes my problems im living off £16 pound every 2 weeks i pay rent, food fines gas electricity its ridiculous i cant work as i would have to earn about 300 to 400 pound a week which is hard for me with my criminal past and drug addictions .My day to day life is get up whenever get my meth at 5 pm watch tv go on net got no energy to exercise and i really need at lesst public transport fares to go out which i dont have so im a hermit and am so worried thst i wont be able to change as it seems my past enjoyments of life have finally caught up with me .Any ideas welcome sorry im using my phone to type so a few spelling mistakes.
