Strange chest pain from LSD and Coffee?

2 weeks ago I took my first Lucy tab, it was half a tab, therefore 50uG of LSD, it says.
1 week ago I popped my first entire tab of LSD, tripped, had fun, experienced my first bad trip(panic attack? or something else I don`t know).

During that last trip I drank coffee while I was tripping to keep myself awake, however these last couple of days, especially yesterday and today I have this faint weird chest pain which comes an goes sporadically. I`ve read that it may be caused by the vasoconstricting effects of LSD, but it`s been 5 days since I took that dose. WTF?

Has anybody experienced this, should I worry? I don`t do much physical workout, though I do eat healthy. Please comfort or trouble me 8o:?

sounds like a psychosomatic reaction related to your panic-episode. their certainly is no possibility that lsd causes that somatically.
how much coffee do you consume? is their a connection between your coffee-intake and your symptoms?

btw it is possible that the caffeine caused the panic attack - lsd on it's own is stimulating enough. caffeine stimulation is just dirty...

When I think of it that way, it makes much more sense, the trip was going very nicely until I starting drinking the coffee, hmm. Very interesting, indeed.
SIDE NOTE TO MYSELF:
OMG YOU STUPID SON OF A BITCH, LSD KEEPS YOU MORE THAN AWAKE ENOUGH ALREADY. MORON. YOU DON`T NEED COFFEE.
---

It was iced coffee bought in the store, not much I think it was like 3 dl or less. I don`t drink coffee very often, maybe 2-3 times a month.
It may be because of the panic attack, It just very well may be, but still how long is this going to continue?

I mean it`s not like the pain is very noticeable or anything, it`s so minor and faint that, it`s not like I can feel it ripping my chest into pieces. It`s very minor. It kinda tingles.
In addition to that I think everyone feels something on their chest once in a while anyway, it`s just that`s it`s been more often lately.
I remember telling my mother about it some years ago that I sometimes felt this weird tingly sensation in my chest sometimes, she said it was normal, she`s a nurse so I trust her.

Of course I`m not going to exclude the possibility of some heart problem, but it`s so tiny, if it gets worse I`ll probably get it checked, but I`ll see.

I'd say it's coffee.
I've never experienced any chest pain from LSD, but at times I could have similar unpleasant feeling from coffee.

The thing is that I drank coffee 6 days ago.
However, the day after the trip I started feeling sick, ended up having a cold. Maybe because of the lack of sleep and the fact that those that live together with me also were sick a short time back in time.
Though I did drink like 8 cups of tea those 2 days I was sick, maybe a little too much theanine. Doesn`t theanine have some of the same effects as caffeine?

I do know that LSD has some vasoconstrictive effects, and caffeine has it alike, but I mean I just don`t get it...I had a panic attack, and experienced my first psychosis, but still it was 6 days ago.
The pain is starting to fade, but it is still there

Consult a doctor if it persists - it may be something else , possibly of a serious nature and totally unrelated to your trip ...

imho very unlikely to be something caused by acid - [ if it actually was in fact acid : there is a lot of counterfeit crap getting about nowadays ]

lsd, caffeine and theanine stimulate your sympathetic system. a "genuine" panic reaction has the same effect on your body [-> "meeting a bear in the woods" or "experiencing the dark side of acid"]. your mind is not capable to distinguish between the two. additionally your mind can produce these somatic reactions on its own - especially after the "somatic reaction -> panic -> cognitive appraisal ["I'm having a panic attack, it's due to lsd [or whatever or nothing at all]! I should be worried!] -> somatic reaction"-cycle is established and has had some time to be reinforced.
in your case the rationale is:
- sympathetic stimulation (via lsd, coffe, perceived FEAR of the traumatic experience and it's possible reoccurrence) triggers your symptoms.
- your current symptoms have nothing to do with the vasoconstrictive effects of lsd
- basically your trapped between a cycle of bodily reactions, your mind's reaction to it and your body's reaction to your minds reaction.......
- give yourself some rest. distract yourself. physical exercise would be best. the more you focus on the symptoms the more you strengthen them.

btw 6 days is not long of a time after a traumatic experience. just relax and it will dissipate.
facing and integrating the content of your experience is another deal though...

everything I said is based on the assumption that you do not have a latent somatic disease/disability (cardiac, cardiovascular, neurologic) that has been brought up by the experience but would have shown up sooner or later no matter what.

Called my mom and father earlier today, asked them if we have any relatives that have or had heart disease problems. They said no, and atm they have no heart problems and they`re 58 and 59.
Don`t know what to say about that trapped between a cycle of bodily reactions, but I am seriously going to exercise a bit and rest much more atm.
Thank you :)

If it worsens I will consult my parents, they`re doctors, but they`ll get all paranoid if I tell them I took lucy.

Definitely gonna talk more with my parents if it persist, or worsens, but I don`t wanna bring up the fact that I popped Lucy, they aren`t all positive towards it, and I bet they`re just gonna get all paranoid and say, well that`s the problem then. Just because they know nothing about it.

this thread is very similar to yours - but the likelihood that it is in fact a somatic problem is substantially bigger. nevertheless it's just as likely that the problem is purely psychological...

btw: you should educate your parents to make them better doctors! ;)

Checked what "somatic problem" means, so there is most likely something actually wrong with my heart, because on wikipedia this is what it says:
Likewise I`ll just wait another week and see how it evolves. That would be better for me personally.

The term somatic (from the Greek σωματικός) means 'of the body'—relating to the body. In medicine, somatic illness is bodily, not mental illness.

Did tell my parents to stop being naive watching those national geographic and BBC documentaries, but I guess and hope they`ll get it one day.

i sometimes get chest pains from caffeine alone, but im particularly sensitive to it. having strange tenseness, cramps, and soreness is pretty common with LSD. add some stimulant in the mix and i am sure the chance of it happening goes up.
