I took Somas, Tramadol, Robaxin, St. John's Wort, and one stick of Benedrex spread throughout the day, without eating anything all day. I ended up throwing up several times. I ate some crackers and feel a bit better, but I need to take another Soma for my leg pain. I am afraid that I will throw it up. Is there a way to make myself feel better, or should I just deal with it? It has been 11 hours, but I threw up 3 hours ago. I tried to eat a little bit, but immediately afterwards, I just threw up some more. Is there a way to get rid of the stomach in throat feeling or is there nothing I can do? I will never do Benedrex again.

Try eating some crackers, sip on gingerale/sprite with sugar in it, slowly sip on some cold water, and try to eat very light foods maybe make some jello?

So, I finally tried the crackers method, drank half a cup of pickle juice, took some Nauzene, benadryl and sipped a glass of cold water. I gave it about 45 minutes before I decided to take the Soma and it's been around 30 minutes since I've taken it. I'm feeling a bit better now.
