RCs Stimulants + shitting = Hemeroids ?

As title states, last few times I've done moderate to heavy doses of RC stimulants and had a shit during the high, i've had a small hemeroid for a few days after.

Is this normal ? I'm only 20 so not expecting this kind of stuff at my age. I'm taking 4.5g of l-arginine and 400mg of ibuprofen before for circulation.

are you by chance plugging the drugs? because that could cause a hemorrhoid with stims that cause vasoconstriction i believe.

or maybe you push too hard and don't notice since you're high.

depends on what stims you're using, cause the methylphenidate sub family usually makes me need to shit pretty bad, as well as adderall. any methamphetamines do the exact opposite though IME.

I've never had this problem, and I'm a fan of plugged vasoconstrictors.

I would treat like usual.

It sounds like you're forcing it in the restroom? Possibly moreso on stimulants due to the hypertension they are known to cause, and straining when passing stools causes hemorrhoids.

4-FA is the RC in question, and i don't seem to shit because of the drug, or feel that its hard to shit, just that if i do shit, the day after i notice small hemorrhoid, its happened twice now so its not just a 1 off thing.

oh yeah and i didn't plug, just take orally.

This is the EXACT reason why I quit taking vicodin, hemmorids are fucking terrible and I don't wish them on my worst enemy. What did it for me was I was wayyyy pained out and just pushed to hard. I've been paying for it ever since, and were talking maybe two years now. Try and avoid sitting on the toilet for to long, eat healthy, and I would probably chill on the RCs. You do NOT want to make your hemmorids worse. Stay safe.
