Does anyone know how I can lesson stimulant jitters?

Or what causes it? Does caffeine play any role in it?
Oh and is the bluelight search working? It just seems to refresh the page for me.

I'm referring to methiopropamine (MPA) if anyone is interested, after the hour of 'rush' it usually leaves me a bit jittery, although I would still feel stimulated for a few more hours.

Well it's not like it's very stimulating right now. So I wouldn't wanna do much less.
Don't have access to benzos atm.

BL search is working. I just did a random search to see.

Too much caffiene will give you jitters, but as it is a stimulant in it's own right it doesn't affect jitters when you take other things.

As Mugz said, a low benzo dose should help, say 5mg Valium or something. Any more than that and it may start to feel as though it's bringing you down from the stim high. This may be the whole point that you want to achieve but I get the feeling that you want to stay high without jittering.

Well I just drink tea often, not at the same time as the stimulant (usually) I meant more long-term wise. I thought perhaps if I didn't drink caffeine at all it would help or something.

And yes I'd like to stay high without getting jittery... :)

This is one of the problems with most (all?) stimulants.. after the high has gone, you have residual stimulation and jitteriness. Failing a benzo, I tend to make myself cosy and snug, put on comfy lounging about clothes, make eat some comfort-food if I can and put on a film or something to distract myself.. chamomile tea always seems to help although I suspect it might be a placebo as it helps even more if it is in my favourite comfort-mug ;)

If you can't eat, at least getting some sugar and ideally some nutrition into you can help enormously. Either drink something with sugar in or have a protein shake, milkshake or smoothie. Low blood sugar if you haven't been eating properly can make you feel really rubbish.
