I have double fracture of arm bone, and my muscles had to be separated form bone And later they were sticked back to the bone. Pain Is insane, i use tramadol drops 600mg daily, paracetamol 325 +ONLY 37,5 mg tram , ibuprofen 400-800mg, And alprazolam and pregabaline And 1x0,25 fentanyl 3 day active patch.

Can i use modafinil ? It helps me with pain and cheers me Up a little bit 😏
 
I wouldn’t combine tramadol with a stimulant. Tramadol has some dirty pharmacology and lowers the seizure threshold. Not something I would combine with stimulants.
 
For severe pain, you need the real shit....

Oxycodone (Oxy-IR 5mg) X 3-6 tablets daily as needed + Dilaudid 4mg IR X 2-4 tablets
Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 20mg X 3 daily OR Dexedrine 5mg IR X 3-5 tablets daily
Diazepam (Valium) 10mg or Alprazolam (Xanax) 1mg
Pregabalin 300mg capsule

Potent opioid + dopaminergic stimulant = amazing for pain relief + anxiolytic benzo & Pregabalin
