ok heres what happened. had a phase when i was rolling alot. it went on for about six months and i took about 30-40 pills.. that was like june 2009 i would say. i havent felt like myself since i quit january 2010. its going on for almost 2 years now. i really liked who i was as a person, and what i was becoming. everyday i just do research trying to figure out what this is. i eat healthy and i work out everyday. i started taking vitamin d, b12 and omega 3. i dont want to jump on anti depressants, from what ive read its either it cures you or it just fucks you up completely. ive been to the doctors had my blood tested and everything came out normal. ive already lost all my friends and my family looks at me in such a bad way because of this. no matter how hard i try to shake it off it wont leave me. i feel detached (depersonalization, derealization) i cant talk to people anymore, like face to face. i know im not crazy because im still able to compose things in my head, like i can think but theres like this mental block. i cant be like this. its affecting everyone around me. my brother is fucking up his life because he has no one to guide him. i need help. i need to be myself again. the whole world looks strange to me. when im around people it gets worse, i cant speak and it just gets real intense. i know what did wasnt that much, i know people that did soo much more and i cant figure out what the hell is wrong with me. please i need some advise

this doesnt sound uncommon at all to me. im still messed up 4 years post mdma use. The dp/dr got somewhat better after the first 3 years.

Obviously you realise yourself you have done wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too many pills.

So yeah, you need to abstain and have a VERY long break, years or perhaps even not do it again.

Btw, look for the Lions mane mushroom.
