HELP
I've never been on this site, but googled my problem and it brought me here. so this has never happened to me before, but IMMEDIATELY after shooting, which was a good, normal, clean hit and then KABOOM, my whole arm felt like it was on fire and it swelled up like a f'ing balloon. It's been over a half hour and my whole hand, fingers, are soooo swollen, there's patchy ratch all the way up my arm. the burning pain went away but it is so swollen i feel like my fingers are going to fall off. any suggestions?????

Are you using brown heroin with citric acid to break it down? If so you are using too much citric (far far too much it sounds like). You really only need a tiny amount, at most 1/3 the amount of heroin you want to dissolve. Excess citric remains in the solution as unnuetralised acid and is what is causing this burning sensation/rash on your arm, not to mention fucking up your veins.

idk what/how much is mixed..i just buy it done already...but it sounds to me like my guy is mixing up bullshit stuff to make the bundles add up to more than what they should, huh?well, that's good to know next time I hook up with him that I can sound a little educated and what happened to me as a result of him cheaping out. It totally scared the shit out of me so thanks a lot for responding; made me feel not so alone. It's totally much better now; still a little bit swollen but not like before. I only have 2 bags left out of that bundle so I think I'll just sniff them and tell him I want cleaner stuff next time or he'll lose my business and I'm pretty sure I pay the mortgage on his house; lol. thanks again; peace

where do you live? i.e. us, uk, not specific. all uk gear pretty much needs citric or vit c to dissolve, not us tho, so if you're there it's probably some other dodgy cut.

got some micron filters, or sterifilt ones, not sure, they clip on the end of a 1cc syringe with the needle still on, a lot easier faster and safer than cotton. also registered at needle exchange (they offer treatment and recovery services as well) as i want a hep b vaccine, even tho i only ever use by myself. dude had to go and check with his manager they could do it without me enrolling in any treatment services, was thinking for a moment i'd have to say i wanted to quit before i could get a vaccine, was all good tho, first injection friday morning. they also tested me for hep a, b, c and hiv, should definately definately come up negative for everything, although i did have a lot of unprotected sex with my ex, but she got tested just before we got together.
