Stericups and Sterifilters in the United States?

In Europe and the UK, harm-reduction organizations offer sterile Stericups and Sterifilters for cooking and filtering, respectively.

My understanding is that these things are not available in the US because they are considered drug paraphenalia (the Drug Czars of the DEA would rather have you die from AIDS than admit their methods don't work).

Is there are source for these products?
