Starting first cycle

hey just needed some help using the right combo
for my first cycle.

some info that might help:
I'm 24 6'3 190. have a slender body frame.

been working out naturally for last 5 years on and off.
but have been more dedicated last 16 months.

I have researched the risks of using and have decided
to go ahead and give it a shot.

I really just wanna gain more muscle and mass to fill in my frame.
I feel like i can go alot farther. But seem to hit a roadblock
working out naturally and have been losing motivation due to
that.

i got diet and natural supplements in check.

If a more seasoned user could maybe give me a example
of good cycle for my stats and which combo to use.

I'm sure i'll get good advice here be it positive or negative. thanks

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500 mg/ew (250 mg 2x/wk)
Weeks 2-14 HCG 500 iu/ew (500 iu 2x/wk)
Weeks 15-18 PCT Clomid 50 mg/ed
Weeks 1-14 One of the following: Adex .25 e3d or Aromasin 12.5 mg/ed

You could start with dbol from weeks 1-4 and finish with winstrol (oral) from weeks 9-16 but that is totally optional.
 
I would advise running an ester of testosterone only for your first run-around. That way, you will know how you respond to testosterone standalone. I'd wait until a second cycle before using any orals, but personally don't advise use of them at all due to hepatoxicity not really equating the gains that could be had on just running oils.

hCG isn't entirely necessary for a testosterone only cycle, but it definitely does help with testicular atrophy if that is indeed a concern and will make recovery a bit smoother as well.

i also had a question. Before I workout, I sometimes take a vicodin. Which
seems to help me workout harder because I push thru the pain and soreness.

When I start my cycle will the painkiller affect my workout or test levels.
Also same question but with weed which I use to consume the massive calories
to gain weight.
 
I have 3 vials of test e 250mg already.
wondering if maybe i should 250mg once a week
until i obtain rest of supplies. Then 500mg/wk in two doses like maakshif mentioned.
Maybe a slow buildup would be better for lesser
side-effects. or would this be a bad idea without the
rest of med offsetting estrogen.
I'm also concerned of how bad acne gets while using.
 
Where did get that information about "opiates eating muscle" Victor? I am interested in sports pharmacology and I would like to know the literature that you got that from. Or is that something that you have learned from your own experience?

no DO NOT START UNTIL YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ON HAND and there is no reason to do 250 mg 1 time per week. This would cause severe fluctuations in your hormone levels and make you miserable. If you wanted to just do 250 mg/wk do it in two shots of 125 mg twice per week, but again DO NOT START UNTIL YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ON HAND. Slowly building up is not going to lessen the side effects once you get to the higher dosage.

Acne is really going to be dependent on you. Some people get it severely, others not at all. Can't say how bad you'll get it until you try. If you do get acne, get some pantothentic acid (Vitamin B5) and take it starting out at about 4 grams per day and increase dosage as necessary until it clears up and not going over 10 grams per day. Once it clears up keep taking it until about two or three weeks after PCT is over. There's also some other things you can try, but start with this and once you get into the cycle if you notice acne and the B5 isn't working, PM me or post it up in this thread or a new thread and I'll be glad to give you some other options to try. I'm sure others have some ideas too. I suggest staying away from Accutane except as a last resort.

a good simple first cycle

with a gram+ of protein per pound of body weight a day, and 8 hours of sleep.

wks 1-12
250mg test-e a week
200mg deca a week (or 250 if you get it 250mg/ml)
1mg of arimidex eod

for a quick start add:
15-30mg of dbol a day spread out.

pct

a week-10 days after last shot do:

wks13-14
250iu of hcg eod and keep on the arimidex

simple, 1 shot a week, nothing expensive or exotic
 
No orals for a first cycle. Save that for the next cycle. He must first become aware of how his body reacts to a moderate dose of a good old fashioned long acting testosterone ester. You begin adding additional drug(s) and he will not be able to narrow down any side effects to any one drug.

Simple

250mg testosterone enanthate every 3.5 days for 12 weeks, AI dosage as previously suggested maakshif. PCT only if needed. Your body may not shutdown as severe, but then again it might. This is why you keep other substances out of the picture the first time. See how test only shuts or doesn't shut him down.

regular opiate use WILL drop your test levels.
