I have nothing to add other than The Simpsons had a Treehouse of Horror segment called Starship Poopers.

Starship troopers is probably my favorite movie of all time. Ive watched it 20+ times

I fucking OWN the dvd. I love this movie!! Dina Meyer and Michael Ironside were so bad ass in this.

Starship Troopers is a really great satire.

Amazing how much you can say with such a dumb (on the surface) film.
