Opioids Staggering in Tramadol SR

Hey guys I've heard that staggering IRs 100+50+50+... to get the maximum opiate high. I've got some 200mg SRs with me right now. How do I stagger the doses in SRs to get the maximum opiate high?
 
Crush them up and dose 100mg every 45 mins always worked superb to me.
But usually, I'd just drop 10-20% of what my dosage was and then drop the rest 45-60 min later. I've never had to stagger the way you have to stagger for example Gabapentin. What's most beneficial from staggering Tramadol is reducing nausea in my experience.
 
And by crush them up, I don't mean split in four with a knife. Pulverise those suckers.
