Stacking - trying to find my personal perfection.

Currently hanging out - had a very productive day. Got a lot done to the house which was great. Small dose of ketamine last night so I’m very clear headed

My personal favorite stack, oral speed ball, or whatever you want to call it is:

40-60mg methylphenidate IR.
1mg Alprazolam
20mg Hydrocodone.

It took me ages to find the “perfect” stack for me. I’m not an every day user but I have been in the past and am not naive to any of these medications and their effects or being able to know my current personal tolerance. Unfortunately I am not able to get these meds regularly. About 10 years ago I was not capable of using when was appropriate and used every day all the time, so am blacklisted almost everywhere lol!

So because of my inability to get these specific medications regularly, when I do decide to have fun I have to be willing to try other things.

I stacked today and feel pretty good but I’m missing that “perfect”. Today is:

60mg Vyvanse
15mg Morphine
1.25mg Alprazolam

This is about as close as it gets to perfect without those specific meds I listed first. I don’t do street drugs, only pharmaceuticals because I’ve always enjoyed them more and am able to dose accordingly

What is everyone else’s favorite stack? Any thoughts on mine?

You're talkin to another questing for the perfect stack. I could almost say my previous life was entirely devoted to the "perfect stack". First of all though, this isn't really in the right sub-forum. This forum, Basic Drug Discussion is more geared toward safety than anything. We have other forums that are more casual. There is a sub-forum called "Drug Culture". This is more of an open discussion in line with what you're looking for.

Example: there is always going to be a "what was your cocktail tonight?" and stuff like that that can be pretty entertaining. I'm gonna send this over there. I think you'll find quickly that you're not the only person here at BL searching for the "perfect stack".

If you'll allow me to give you some gentle ribbing, if Opiates, Amphetamines and Benzodiazepines in one go isn't enough to satisfy you, then I dare say that you are too picky

45mg Dextroamphetamine + 45mg Dextroamphetamine 6hrs later
3-4mg Clonazepam + 4mg Clonazepam 10 hours later
6mg Hydromorphone IV every ~4 hours
Cannabis during the comedown.

Small amounts of heroin

Sometimes ketamine

Shame that heroin is expensive and hard to manage my usage patterns, I have to take breaks for sure

If I had unlimited access to both and the self control to moderate I’d be unstoppable

Thanks for the info and putting this in the right forum! Still learning the site. Some gentle ribbing is always welcome I may be too picky.

I guess my initial “perfect stack” is just what makes me feel most balanced. It actually feels like it treats my mental health needs. And once I use those specific things, I have no desire to add more doses or add more drugs into the mix.

I have an appt with a psychiatrist soon. I’m going to talk to him about some of this, but not all because I don’t want him to think I’m doing what I used to do. Maybe if I build some good trust with him I can be more open. I am diagnosed with ADHD and PTSD, so I need something and talk therapy only does so much. I think because in the past I doc shopped, it really made it hard for me to get the help I need in the present, so I’ve just been figuring it out on my own. If I could feel okay a majority of the time without any psychoactive substances, that’s the route I would go 100%. Obviously I am rationalizing some of my behavior - I just hope a psychiatrist will truly listen and I am going to follow whatever his suggestions are and be open to it. Honestly some H and amphetamine sound amazing. We used to have very clean, high quality h in my town that was generally safe - I did use it for a while.

Now everything here on the black marker, regardless of type of drug is laced with fentanyl, so I stick to only pharmaceuticals I can guarantee are legit.

Ketamine is a nice add on from time to time and seems to help me clear my head. If I had unlimited access and the ability to moderate a bit better (I do decent), I would also be unstoppable lol.

Your morphine dose is only about half as strong as your hydrocodone dose, a likely reason you're missing that 'perfect' feeling.

Very true - unfortunately I can only get this few and far between as well so I reserve as much as possible. I can get tramadol pretty much whenever but I don’t want to mix this with stims and risk serotonin syndrome.

This is something that runs through my mind all the time. When I was in Asia, my usage went up to 3g Heroin per day with relatively pure stuff, at least more pure than what I was getting in Boston. I could afford as much as I wanted and still eat and pay rent. I eventually reduced my dosage on my own accord to ~1g max per day (which was still probably too much) as I wasn't getting any of the benefits of the drug anymore.

My point is, this political world we live in doesn't allow us to answer these theoretical questions. We can only wonder. When I know my own story and then I hear about folks in Switzerland deciding to stop taking Heroin on their own... it really makes you wonder. It's a shitty feeling, as my heart and soul tell me that a regulated, legal supply could end all of this practically over night (well, in a couple of years at least).

@stackingman it might be a good idea to try to get set up with a prescriber. Opioids are still locked down tight both legally and culturally in the medical world. However, there has been a simultaneous loosening (you've gotta love those legal drug barons manipulating us like cattle) on the prescribing of stimulants and to a much lesser extent, Benzodiazepines.

There was a huge wave of Methamphetamine here in New England that ended a year or two ago. Meth is still around, but Crack came back as the stimulant of choice for whatever reason. Coinciding with this, they seemed to start prescribing Amphetamines to addicts. I know many stimulant addicts with a prescription for Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse).

I'm not suggesting you see the doc just to get high. I'm saying you could possibly identify a route to feeling good perhaps with some medication and perhaps with some lifestyle changes.

I was primarily a Heroin addict, but I would take any drug that would fuck me up if it were in front of me. I'm now essentially clean though I am taking Methadone, Lisdexamfetamine and I use Cannabis. I measure my success not by my intake but by how I treat people in my life, how depedable I am and my honesty. As long as I have those things, I am okay with who I am.

I used to take a mushroom stack with my elvanse but sort of dropped off with the routine lately.

I was starting the day with something like

50mg elvanse
1g lions mane
1g cordyceps
1g chaga
500mg ashwaganda
???mg matcha
B12

And then I'd slip in a micro dose of LSD or psilocybin a couple times a week.

I get that most of that isn't psychoactive but it all seemed to go towards keeping me a bit more functional throughout the day.
