hi everyone,
could you share some nowledge about the stability of the following tryptamines (sensitiveness to factors like heat, light, humidity and so on...which ones are more stable, which ones are more likely to degrade?)?
and if its possible to explain it to a noob - i´d love to know why x is more/less stable than y.

dpt
dipt
4-ho-met
5-meo-dmt (seems to be pretty stable(?))

4-ho/aco compounds seem pretty unstable in general, the others on your list seem reasonably stable. By that I mean the didn't noticably degrade over a couple years (maybe a little more) with no special care, just in a baggie in a drawer. As to why I would guess (and that's what it would be) is that the 4 posistion group is what tends to degrade. Why that is I haven't a clue.

I've kept DPT frozen since 2001, and it has not lost potency nor has it darkened. I've had DiPT on ice since 2003, and it looks the same as it did back in 2003.

I've had 4-Ho-MET on ice since 2006, and it looks the same.

And I've had 5-MeO-DMT freebase both on ice, at at room temperature and it has not lost potency, darkened, or changed in any way.

The only tryptamine I've seen 'break down' is 4-AcO-DET. None of my others (4-HOs or 4-AcOs, or any others for that matter) have broken down that I can see.

i've been wondering for a while what the 4-x-tryptamines break down into, i take it theyre still active tryptamines right just not the ones they originally were?

IDK I've had them (don't remember which exactly, but more than one) turn to black goo. Still active, whatever it was, just close to impossible to dose.

When you have this stuff you have to use a gelcap... Just put it on the scale, tare it, then add goo into the cap and reweigh until you get your dose.
