Would mixing a drug with H20 cause it to break down rapidly? Could you slow this process down via filtered/distilled water? Would sugars or preservetives be detrimental to it longevity?

Would mixing a drug with H20 cause it to break down rapidly?

Not normally, although I can think of a couple of examples e.g. nitroferricyanide solution used to treat extreme hypertension, which will decompose if exposed to sunlight, but then ahgain it will decompose without water present. What drug are you referring to?

Some drugs can react with water... you'll need to specify which one you're referring to.
Also, if chlorinated water is used, this can also break down some of the more fragile drug molecules, like for example LSD-25 is destroyed quickly in tap water.

Dexamphetamine. I want to disolve it in water or a soft drink and sip on it through the day to get a more constant effect

Amphetamine is a relatively stable molecule. There'll be no problems if it's dissolved in water. IMO this is one of the more sensible ways of administering it.

As opposed to? Are you saying this would be different to taking it orally or are u refering to other MOA?
So you think it would keep for weeks at room tempreture?

Yes, weeks. Alcohol is also a good storage medium (vodka is reportedly quite good), because it insures the sterillity of your solution, so no bacterial nasties will grow in it :) .

Yes, phase_dancer is saying that administering it in aqueous solution, orally, is a sensible way of taking it, compared to other ROA's (routes of administration). And i'd agree with this :) .

I should think amphetamine would be stable for months, if not years in plain water. If you're dissolving it in a soft drink then it'll definitely last the day without breaking down. Try to make sure nobody else is going to get their hands on this drink and down it without knowing what's in it, though.

A friend and I once had some 2C-T-2 and some 2C-E dissolved in water (lasted for months and months), and we labelled it "Toxic cleaning solution". Perhaps not that subtle but at least nobody would drink it by accident.

Sounds like an interesting way to get that more constant effect. Do you think it would mean that there would be less of the peaks and troughs that you can get with tablets?

Out of curiosity any ideas on what dosage per/ml and how often you would take it to achieve the desired results?

^^
I would say whatever dose you would usually take, disolve it in X ammount of water and drink it over that period.

I have been doing this for the last few days and I am really happy with it. It really does reduce the moreishness of them which is great for me cos I am such a drug pig 8)

I bought about 32L of spring water in those jerry can containers from coles (wern't they fun to carry home) and I have done them up in 750ml bottles at
10mg/litre

What if I disolved magnesium calcium b vitamin mix with it...do u think they could interact or it would effect the shelf life?

Thanx

Nah those things would not interact. No idea how it would keep though. The B might not keep. Don't see the need for you to dissolve them though, I'd just take as is
