I thought I'd share a recent experience with you all that I found quite interesting. I have two mates that have both taken SSRIs long term. One stopped them, for several years. We tried rolling once years ago, and we were able to roll beautifully, except the person on SSRIs was not able at all.
Recently, they both went on a different kind of antidepressant called tianeptine. It's a selective serotonin reuptake enhancer, rather than inhibitor, so sort of the opposite of an SSRI. Anyway, not only is it helping with their depression, free from side effects, but I'm happy to say they were both able to roll hard whilst on it. They had no unusual reaction during or after and continued tianeptine throughout.
In no way am I endorsing this combination, just reporting an interesting experience.
