splitting up an OC 80

well guys i recently received an OC80 and i won't do anything over 20mg because i get too fucked up. my question is if i cut the 80 up into 4 would each piece contain 20mg of oxy?? or is the pill made to be disproportional so if you cut it one quarter might contain more oxy than the other?
 
^^^^^ i must agree, it would be easiest to divide the crushed powder into 4 simular looking piles. Now granted, no one can "eye out" 4 equal parts, being that it is powder, someone will get more, but that goes without saying!!!!!
 
It really is easier to cut an OC80 in quarters rather than eyeballing powder, at least in my opinion. And if you want to be cautious, just ingest the smallest quarter. I really dont think the quarters will be anymore off then 5mg in either direction if you are semi-competent..
 
Splitting the pill into 1/4ths will work fine. Its not going to be exactly 20mg per each quarter, but it will be close.
 
Get a pill splitter from your local pharmacy or health shop and split it - will be much more accurate than just eyeballing it.
 
I have a pill splitter and I find it to be a pain in the ass. Too difficult to get the pill to stay positioned right and more often then not it does not cut evenly and you really can't quarter a pill with it at all.
Use a new razor, center it right between the O and the C and cut. Next, eyeball the quarter and cut and, as said, if you are slightly off it won't be that big a deal. This is NOT that difficult.

I know what I am talking about as, well, I am doing this right now... a pill splitter works great - not sure what type you got but mine works flawlessly ... I use that to cut the pill in half, then take each half and using a sharp razor - cut it in half... thats fairly accurate...
Will it be EXACTLY 20mg? Probably not, but it will be close (within a couple mg's)..
Ok, question answered, enough with the OxyContin madness..
