Spider bite?

Ok so i'm not sure what exactly this is, all I know is that it hurts! I diddn't start to feel it until this morning when I see a pea size bump on my right leg. I've been doing a lot of outdoor work on cell towers out in remote places. The last site I went to was Monday. Tuesday(Yesterday) I noticed a little red spot but nothing serious. It itched a little. Today on the other hand the bite grew, and now I belive the middle of the bite is starting to crack off, the middle is really white, and the other parts of the bite is red. So it almost looks like a small crater in my leg. I'm not to sure what it is, maybe someone has experince with spider bites, or any bite?

Fuck this thing hurts, i'm going to the doctor tommrow. It almost looks like a giant pimple on my leg but with a dark brown tint to it. Holy fuck it hurts

Er sorry double posting here.. Would it be a good idea to use a clean needle and poping it? I don't want to lose a leg here, but the thing keeps growing.

It could be a spider bite, but it sounds alot like an MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) infection. Either way, you need to see a doctor ASAP. Both spider bites can be serious and staph infections are DEFINITELY serious, so you need to get treatment ASAP. Don't use a needle or anything on your own, as this will likely only spread infection.

So I went to the doctor today, er well yesterday.(1:15am here) and the doctor cut the top off, and dug out all of the white stuff in it (It looked like a huge pimple on my leg.) anyways he took a culture of it and it wont be till Monday I hear if it's staph or not. Hurts like a bitch so, and all I got for pain was tramadol.

Glad you went. Did he give you any oral or topical antibiotics? Which ones? Tramadol is pretty weak, although if you don't have a big tolerance it can be fun. Don't go over 400mg in a day though or you can have seizures (some ppl have at them even at 400mg so take it easy)
