Well basically i have done a speed ball, i do not use more of the cocaine than heroin but it semmed to have been too much i have a tolerance as well. basically My heart Feels really weird in sort of scared i took 3mg xanax too calm downa my heart.
Anyone know know how much cocaine should be used to avoid these heart pains

no one can really say it varies greatly from person to person, and "avoiding heart pains" isn't really specific enough to invoke a proper dosages, especially when your current dosages are not even listed.

i would speedball quite often, at first i would have used around 30% coke to heroin ratio but found my tolerance went up very quickly now i would probably use 60% of coke to heroin. i recomend you start with a small amounts of coke and build your way up.

As mentioned above hard to say how much to take not knowing the purity of your gear or tolerance etc - best advise has been stated, start small !
