In Sweden you cant even find meth, and even if you can its very rare, it isnt a dealer drug at all... When we say "speed" in Sweden we always refer to regular amphetamine. Very cheap 150-250kr/gram 
And one thing... I dont understand why people in US buy their drugs by calling them "bags" 1/2 bag etc... If you dont measure your drug you can get like 1 gram one time 0,7 one time etc.... very foolish
