The last three times I have had speed/meth when going out I have felt extreme discomfort the next morning. This discomfort ranges from stomach cramps to internal pains in my sides and I have also retained any fluids I have drunk that night. The pain lasts for about 6hours and tends to go away after i have eaten some bananas, which is usually the only thing i can eat after partying. I am concerned as I have been partying for quite some time and have never felt like discomfort before. Also, the amount of speed/meth I have taken on either of these three nights has been no more than 2 points.
anyone know what might be happening or anyone else had similar experiences :D

it's called hunger. you probably haven't eaten for about 10 hours, and you've been up dancing all night. eat something. your body will thank you.
although it can be hard to eat after meth, you need to force it down and it's really not that hard. try some yoghurt or other soft stuff. wash it down with some fruit juice (for sugar, fluids and some vitamins).

Make sure you drink some water during the night. After heavy dancing, be sure to have a fucken brake (10, 15 minutes). Maybe you ate too litle/too much. Other then that - I have no fucking clue.
Rage and anger - just another speed/meth side effect.

soup is another great thing to eat when you're too fucked up on meth or coke to think of anything to eat that's appealing. and soup is more filling than a smoothie or yogurt. i always have my cupboard stocked with chicken noodle or lentil soup. works like a charm everytime.

I tend to dance heaps but I also drink lots of water. On each of these occassions I have drank enough water (usually a mouthful every few minutes) and I have ended up retaining these fluids (not taking a leak) all night. I have gone out heaps of times before, taken way more drugs, and danced a hell of a lot more and felt fine after a party (apart from having sore legs).

Meth causes abdominal cramps for some people who take it. Food may relieve it sometimes, but the stomach pain probably isn't hunger related. You might be overdoing it with the meth, you could always try taking less and see what happens.

Im not sure that you should be getting any pains like you described happening to me.
Its interesting what you said about bananas because they contain lots of potassium. You lose alot of salt when you are sweating so this could be replacing a deficiency.
Recent studies in Poland revealed that people get rickets after taking meth even if they have been drinking lots of milk. Because there is so little blood in the stomach when you tweak even if you have taken lots of nutrients chances are they wont be absorbed.

Since this first occurred, I have been taking less and less each time after. Last weekend I went out and had less then a point of meth, felt fine for a bout 4 hours and then the discomfort began. I took a break, went to the car for a bit and then returned feeling fine. Danced for another hour and then left the party...for the next 6 hours was in discomfort...had to lie down to feel comfortable...I felt like walking around put too much strain on my insides..I am going to take a month off partying and see if it helps..

Hey :) I know exactly what yr talking about... trying to walk to a freinds after a doof and yr stomaches tightening more and more every step of the way.... but you say your retainting any fluids.... when i'm on speed or crystal i go to the toilet pretty much constantly... (pissin' out more than i'm puttin' in)... but i think those cramps are just from not eatin', i've noticed that if i eat food before goin out (pasta or some-shit) it usually makes it better... however, yr not really using that much so maybe it's something else you should a doc over ????

Tranceplant u r obviousely lacking somethign in your body... be it minerals, or basicly food,
try pre loading and post loading meth / speed.
do a search in it, look in drug faq's u will find ample info, and also ask fome drug mods. after a night out on meth, try having some magnesium - 500 mlg and some starch alays helps the crams... not forgetting about up to 1000 mlg of vitamin c.
but i might be wrong on that amount it has been a while sicne i checked on this post load.
yeh but thats it basicly u r not dying, its just that u lack something in your body.

And don't forget to drink some chamomile tea, and meditation definitely can't hurt either.

Drink lots of water and for the stomach grumblies, go pick up a Slim Fast. It goes down easier than food, replenishes some vitamins, and will soothe your hungry tummy.

Psychological symptoms exhibited by a person who is using amphetamines (particularly methamphetamine) are disturbed sleep patterns, panic, paranoia, anxiousness, nervousness, aggressive/violent behavior, withdrawal from other people, disinterest in friends/family, disinterest in sex, disinterest in food, moodiness/irritability, false sense of confidence and power, severe depression, and long term psychological problems (resembling schizophrenia).
In overdose, unless there is medical intervention, high fever, convulsions, and cardiovascular collapse may precede death. Because accidential death is partially due to the effects of amphetamines and other stimulants on the body's cardiovascular and temperature-regulating systems, physical exertion increases the hazard of amphetamine use.

You really should use quotes when you plagarize information and don't cite the source. Well, that and try to plagarize information that has something to do with the topic of the post.
