space drugs?

does anyone else ever wonder if (assuming aliens are real) the aliens way out in space have a bunch of really cool, virtually harmless drugs that we could one day have access to? a friend and I have been talking about this thought a lot lately and couldn't find any other posts about it so I made one, and I know that what works for their brains and body might not for us, we might not have any receptors to do what they need to in our brain, which would be a shame

I imagine aliens have vastly different anatomies/neurochemical make-ups than us. The drugs they take are probably inactive or poisonous to us lol.

Its not beyond reason that advanced civilzations arent completely biologic rather a mix of natural biology and technology or completely non-biological. They could probably download experiences. Imagine a daily 30 minute LSD trip you could completely turn off or on at anytime.

Dissociatives? But yeah, the concept of downloadable (VR, 3d-printed, whatever) drugs is intriguing I want to try that limitless drug.
