Yes. A question about general sources is going to end up drawing some well meaning posters into being to specific. Plus two of the principles often cited in closings of threads with questions like that is "BL is not here to help you find drugs" and "BL is not here to help you get high"

This reference admits its likely out of date but you can see its legality for purposes of attaining a high is not a clear matter and varies a great deal by jurisdiction. Except for substances that are purely harm reduction like micron filters and clean syringes Bluelight has stayed away from naming sources. Out of a heap of caution nootropics and vitamin sources have been discouraged or removed so far.
