After drugs my teeth become extremely sore. Not so much sensitive to hot and cold, but the molars become sore when i chew things.
I literally cant chew anything or it pains.
This used to just happen on pills, but i have found mushrooms, acid, and even getting stoned does this.
it doesnt go away properly for 4 or so days, and even then it isnt completely gone.
why?

i chew alot of chewing gum..but i always chew alot of chewing gum.

If it is a case of Bruxia, i suggest using magnesium oxide 500mg+, other then that i would not have a clue.

There's a fair chance you don't chew it quite as hard when you're straight... and there's also a fair chance that while on drugs you don't realise that.

Try not chewing gum next time, and see if it still happens. If not then you've found your problem...

Stay away from lollies like chupachups, and I suggest using a sugar free gum. You can also use magnesium supplements as is suggested, as that does help ease bruxia and trisma.

Could be psychological anxiety expressed through pain in your teeth. Remember... The experience of pain is in your head! :)

ok ill try that.
its just strange that even weed hurts my teeth.
the only thing i can think of is that ive gotten so used to chewing/biting when im pilling that thats what i do for all drugs now.

this happens to me really bad sometimes. i mostly use meth. could it have something to do with going long periods without eating/using them to chew?

does it happen with alcohol too?

i'd say it's something to do with the altered state itself (and not the drug), so perhaps if you try to be more conscious of it *during* the time, it might be easier to avoid?

A side effect of amphetamines is bruxia and trisma; that is you will clench your jaw and grind your teeth. As stated above try using a magnesium complex supplement 6 hours beforehand to help minimise this.

I have heard from a denistry student that heavy amphetamine use can cause a depletion in the calcium levels in your teeth. Maybe this is the problem.
Otherwise be an oldschooler and chew on a dummy when your out pilling

After smokin cones all night i dont know why but my jaw hurts and its really hard to eat the next day. I can understand with takin speed coz i always move my mouth and chew even wen there is nothing in my mouth.

After each meth session I do a salt and water gargle as well as brush my teeth with good ol toothpaste. Go have a nice big milkshake now and then :)

Sugarfree chewing gum is better than chupa-chups heh...

EDIT: Kind of had to start the salt + water gargles due to the loss of my back teeth :( from smoking meth.
