It's slang for Ass Kicker. But you will only be kicking ass until 50 posts. Then you'll be a regular Bluelighter and you will be able to private message other BLers. As of now you can only contact moderators through PMs.

^ Being able to PM other Bluelighters. And it used to (maybe still does, not sure) mean you can post in the Lounge after 50 posts as well. And no there are no other titles unless you wind up on staff.

You can PM as a greenlighter, but only like 5(?) every few hours and you can't access the lounge..

You can PM anyone as a greenlighter but as folley mentioned it's limited to a total of 5 PMs total between your inbox and sent messages, and you have to wait a few hours between messages.
