and time to take a minute out
its worth the trouble you know.

oneday we'll sit down and be able to do it
to just sit
and not be doing anything else
but sitting

i used to think it took real skill to do lots of things at once.
now i know the true challenge lies in only doing one.
how do you just walk?
how do you just listen?
how do you just live?
theres always some multi-tasked want getting in the way.

so im tired.
this town says they charge you $100 for closing your eyes.
i need to sleep but i need to stop.
but i cant stop to sleep here.

sometimes i just want to go home.
when i pass a bus stop or a train station.
i want to go somewhere where the air is still.
and its noisy.
and the people are warm.

its funny,
for a while i wanted
empty days
and peace and quiet.
time to think.

and now i have them.

so one last want
(the last for now)
someone please show me how to use them...
