I have read a few potentiation threads about basifying your stomach to slow the elimination of amphetamine in your system. I was curious if this were for all ROAs or just oral. It seems to me it would just be for oral, but I don't understand why someone wouldn't just use a more bioavailable ROA. If anyone could clear this up it would be much appreciated, though I'm fairly certain that it is just with oral its been bothering me a long time.

The largest effect is on oral absorbtion. Though, basifying your blood (as opposed to acidifying it) does help slow the metabolism and excretion of amphetamine in general.

I do not condone or suggest gross blood pH modifications unless you like cell death and general malaise, however. The best you can do is avoid acidic drinks and foods when you're speeding.

I've heard that baking soda before taking amphetamines orally makes them last longer and come on stronger. I tried it once, and honestly couldn't tell the difference at all.

I wouldn't advise the baking soda unless you like the feeling of high blood pressure

Amphetamines work very well orally without the issues that can come up with other ROAs. I've used antacids and never really noticed any difference in effects to be honest. If I drink something acidic it doesn't seem to matter either.

Baking soda alters the ph level of your stomach and will reduce the rate at which orally consumed meth is eliminated from the body. It does not really enhance nor potentiate the drug. Affecting the stomach, it does not really affect other ROA. I still will mix some with water an hour before consuming meth if I intend to eat it, but it is merely placebo. Also acidic foods are not necessarily acidic in ph level. just google to find out the ph levels of foods, but it really will not affect your high
