And now they are in a coma...

I am worried about Neural Repair, so I am here to ask you guys.
What herbs, drugs, vitamins or nootropic support Neural Repair?

This is what I got so far: Vitamin C, Folic Acid, B6, B12, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Ginger & Omega-3

why dont you ask, like, a doctor?

while he is still comaing

considering we dont know his medical history at all

I'm asking about neural pathways, I don't see why you need to know his medical history. No one asks for medical history on ANY other section of this website when someone asks what an alkaloid does to you neurally.

And I'm not at the hospital, I don't have a car and he's more than an hour away.

If the person is in a coma then it means the heart attack went to an advanced stage where severe hypoxia set in. What was the reason for the heart attack? Coronary artery disease, or something else? Are you sure it wasn't a stroke (which would be about brain blood vessels, not the heart). Is there brain damage?

Clot busting drugs in western medicine must be administered within a few hours of a stroke to work. There are Chinese herbal formulas that can be used up to a month later to undo some damage, but I won't give you their names because their criteria for use is very specific and if you use a formula that does not match the person's etiology, they could get a lot worse. Also, given that the person is in a coma, the formula would have to be administered through a feeding tube which won't be happening in western hospitals.

In general, neural regeneratives include: hydergine, aniracetam/piracetam, vinpocetine, ginkgo, gotu kola, prickly ash bark, schisandra berry, eleuthero root. However, these all have specific indications and counter-indications, so don't just go ahead and use them. Research each one, and always consult the attending doctor before trying anything out. A person in a coma is serious business, don't mess with that.

Allergic Reaction constricting breath caused the heart attack. Coma was induced.

Thank you for the list :)

that's because there's a bit of a difference between the questions "will chemical-x get me high?" and "will chemical-x save my friend's life?"

Lol, I'm just asking for stuff that promotes neural repair, don't think so highly of yourself.

??? i'm not being haughty or anything. like Foreigner said in more words:

that holds true for Western medicine as well.

its awesome that you're trying to figure out stuff to help your friend, but post-coma-neuroregeneration is very complex and still not very well understood even now in the 21st century. leaving it to the doctors might be best, before you go playing around with your friend's delicate brain based on the advice of strangers on the internet.
