Confusion
has infected my mind like a disease
My ears bleed
from the silence
Its too quiet
I cant hear what you're thinking
Im bringing
as much as I can
to this mental conversation
the rotation
of thoughts
about the situation
is endless
they have no destination
Cycling around inside of here
telling me one thing
and then another
I have yet to discover
which notion is better
To Hope that one day
my dreams will come true
or
on the other hand
give up and
stop thinking about you
I have no direction
no sense of solution
this mental pollution
has caused an infection.
or rather, an affliction
of the mental kind
my mind
is in a whirlwind
but my eyes stay unblind
I can see quite clear
how near
ive come
to finding myself
thru another someone.
My new best friends
are patience and time

Ill endure
and eventually shine.....yep, my friend, just like you shine.
[edit] I just wanted to clarify...this is in a way directed towards myself, and some decisions i have been facing lately. i find myself clouded with thought sometimes, and really don't have an outlet for it. my mind is constantly being pulled at both ends, and it is hard to recognize yourself in the midst of all of that.[/edit]
