On another note (a little of topic). What about hosting live (moderated) Q&A chat sessions (weekly? monthly?) on the more frequently posted questions/topics? I.E. "Have all your questions about Oxycontin answered". Users can then have a chat session to purge themselves of the desire to post the questions in a forum. You could then provide a link to the chat session's transcript for reference later. The more informed and knowledgeable members could volunteer to answer the questions.
