I've looked it up and it seems not many experience any withdrawal except for those who abuse it
if I took it in moderate doses for 3 weeks to help with Diazepam withdrawal, will I get any withdrawal?

What kind if doses were you taking, and perhaps more importantly, how many times a day were you taking it.

I took well over a gram (closer to 2 g) every night for quite a few months, but only at night, and to my surprise experienced no apparent withdrawal. I think the withdrawal syndrome occurs when you're taking it round the clock for an extended period of time (similar to alcohol, which takes pretty heavy 'round the clock abuse to actually become physically dependent).

I've gone wild with soma many times, taking handfuls a day for a long period of time in large quantities and never felt any WD symptoms when I stopped. I felt nothing, and I wish benzos and opioida were like that as well but such is life
