meh...I'm used to it...I just wish I had a dope pipe in my hands so that it would be worth it...

by dope I meant meth...mah bad...east texas fuck up...

Was saying the night sans sleep would have been more worth it with ice...or annie...or red phosphorus...

BTW...is there a way to compare IV buprenorphine to morphine (PO or IV, doesn't matter)? Got shot up with 300µg(push) in the ER and was wondering about what that equated to...pharmacist couldn't tell me...

I know that's what you meant.

My point being I'd rather get a night's rest every night, and not stay up all night on meth.

Oh, no doubt...but the ice would have been fun...haven't done that shit since new years eve I think...

I haven't really done morphine a lot (the only time I had morphine in a pill form was long before I ever did heroin or bupe).

Have you tried looking at the conversion charts in BDD?

According to Narcotic equivalency charts 300ug of bupe PO is equivalent to 45mg morphine by PO.

It's a pretty hard conversion though, i'd take that with a grain of salt

So I was about right with my 12mg IV conversion :P

I asked the pharmacist I picked up my measily 3.75 day Rx of tramadol up from and he couldn't find anything...

I thought IV=3*PO

Or is this your gauge from personal experience? lol

The globalRPH one is the one I used before I came to BL.

Different conversion charts are going to show you different things. As mentioned earlier, buprenorphine is a special case. It is a partial agonist at the mu-opioid receptor. However, its active metabolite, norbuprenorphine, is a full agonist. At lower doses (the range is up for debate here), but lets say below a milligram or so, buprenorphine feels closer to a full agonist because less of the norbuprenorphine is being pushed out of the receptors (as buprenorphine is a more powerful agonist at the mu-opioid receptor than norbuprenorphine is). This means that lower doses of bupe feel subjectively different than higher doses because at lower doses you experience a mixed full-agonist and partial-agonist effect. At higher doses you only feel a partial-agonist effect.
