if swim where 2 say have taken xanax(prescribed for almost 2years now, 60mg oc(op now) and maybe .2 of tar(for the 1st time in a few years, but not a newb 2 it or opioids)....if the next day/ few hours later he was throwing up till about 12 hours later..

what do you think the problem here was that made swim throw up a lot?
never occurred before..

I think it's pretty self explanatory that you took way too much without the tolerance to handle it.. It's as simple as that.

Next time, you'd be wise to pick an opiate and do not mix. Then dose accordingly.
