prop 19 failure
Man i reallly wanted this to pass, and it's sad it didn't. I saw a article in the la times that stated, "this is the second time in the last two years californians had decided not to soften laws on DRUG CRIMES." and that is what this is all about, not being a CRIMINAL anymore, but time and time again drug users are being lumped together with criminal syndicates. Health problem, not a legal one, is all i'm saying. I really think if america doesn't do something, the shits only going to get worse and worse, no end in sight. I for one am not letting this defeat deter me from doing the next right thing, i only hope it can harden the resolve of the many and not the few.
