Bupe So how do we know the rectal bio of Subs exactly?

I was just thinking about this, I've been doing this to save Subs, so I only have to take 4mg(though 8 today) and on another site they were talking about just how extactly did they come up with this #? I'm kinda wondering the same thing, I mean, this may be a dumb question. And also they were debating if bupe was distributed equally throughout the strips, I always thought it was, but other people are saying otherwise. ( a girls pharmacist got mad because the doc told her to cut it in half and he said it wasn't distributed equally throughout) but, always thought it was. May be dumb questions but thank ya

I'm curious about this too and if it is more efficient to plug than snorting.
Afaik it is distributed evenly in the strips. Otherwise tapering with them would be impossible.

Like a real answer please, in all seriousness. I do it cuz I don't like holding it in my mouth, higher bioavialbility, seems to kick in quicker. Im gonna do this or switch to the alchol method. But really preffer just sqirting it up my butt....

Edit: Zewars according to the chart it is by 4 more percent. I'm just wondering where they came up with the rectal #. Nasal is 50% recactal supposeldy 54%

They do blood tests to determine how much was absorbed.

Do you mean how often is it given rectally? Ive never heard of it being done in a hospital, it was just done for the study(s) to see how effective it is. If you just mean dose well thats completely dependent on the patient and situation.

I've been on subs for 3 years. I've tapered down with the 8mg strips, I got to the point where I would cut them into 8 tiny pieces at 1mg each.... Anyway, YES, THEY ARE distributed equally. If they weren't I would of noticed. I'm very particular about that stuff.

As for shoving them up your ass....umm doesnt seem worth it to me my man. You can though if thats your thing, knock yourself out lol.

Well, I would rather not, but I'm just doing it to save them, expensive shit. I mean under the tounge is 30%, nasal 50%, rectal 54%, IV 99-100%(always wondered about that 1 percent not getting absorbed.) Don't wanna IV them, nasal just seems like to much a hassle with the strips, and I hate holding it under the tounge, feel like I loose some, having to wait to drink, smoke, not being able to talk, so I squirt it up my bum and go about my way. So if you thing about it 4mg up your bum is like 8mg under the tounge, 2mg is like 4mg under the tounge and so on and so on(someone correct me if I'm wrong.) Wanna try the alchohol under the tounge just becuase it raises it to 87 percent, which I would endure to save my meds honsestly.

If I'm going to tamper with my subs I think i'll just go straight to shooting (Even though I've always been scared to do it because of the naloxone. However, I don't have a problem shooting anything else). The only reason I'd ever do it is to conserve my subs if I was running low, other than that I'd really have no motive...
