Do these 2 conclusions mean you could basically be eating meth or PMA thinking its MDMA?

Ive gone over the instructions many times and cant clear anything up, im still very confused.

Simon's is not a test to be used by itself.

Marquis should be your primary tester. - If it turns purple, its MDsomething, if its turns orange its speed, if it stays clear then it could be something that does not react (like PMA or Ketamine)

Whether your MDsomething is MDMA or MDA OR
Whether your speed is amphetamime or Methamphetamine
can be determined by the Simon's reagent.
