tho iv prety much quit cigs coz they stop my zannies from workin fully , il roll one , have few puffs , put it out , repeat etc

this is interesting, my tolerence for xanax is skyrocketing... but i smoke like 20 odd ciggys a day, they lessen the effect of xanax?? maybe thats a problem for me... i just dont understand how that works... can anyone explain this?

wow again... never heard that one before, i wake and get crippeling anxiety to the point im up 2mg xanax (which i fight and hold off taking for as long as possible)but smoke @ least 5 ciggies in the morning and normaly cant hold off takin that xanax inb4 9AM 10 @ the latest, maybe that isnt helping me although id immagine id be worse off if i did not smoke.... might have to try not reachin for those ciggys when i get up

bit more OT.... i had like three spliffs of mugwort with a tiny amount of tobacco last nite and my dreams.....OMFG easily became lucid and the nature of my dreams were so pleasnt to the point that when i awoke(like actualy awoke from sleep as opposed to being lucid), i was pretty grumpy as i just wanted to keep dreaming... interesting stuff that mugwort.

i had like three spliffs of mugwort with a tiny amount of tobacco last nite and my dreams.....OMFG easily became lucid and the nature of my dreams were so pleasnt to the point that when i awoke(like actualy awoke from sleep as opposed to being lucid), i was pretty grumpy as i just wanted to keep dreaming... interesting stuff that mugwort.

I get similar effects from putting fresh mugwort in my pillow case....'tis a great herb!

In regards to the xanax/nicotine thing, I am pretty damn sure that nicotine ever so slightly decreases clearance time of xanax meaning a dose will leave your body *slightly* quicker. It certainly doesn't just kill the effects of xanax in their tracks.

I am not the most seasoned benzo used out there but I have had my share of bricks, not once have I ever been well barred and smoked a ciggie only to realise I was now sober, it just doesn't happen. To me atleast.
