One time a few years ago I sold some high school freshman some crushed Vivarin as "crystal". I did it because he constantly lied about shit and annoyed me and I wanted a few bucks for some acid.
He called me up saying he had just snorted it and it burned, but he said he didn't feel anything. I told him it sometimes took a few minutes and if he snorted a few drops of water it would help assorb faster and then he should start feeling really wired like he had the energy to go run a mile! Well, he snorted the water and came back on the phone and he's like "yeah, dude! I feel pumped now! This is cool, thanks man!"
I remember that conversation VERY vividly because it was hillarious that I convinced a compulsive liar to lie that he got fucked up off my bunk shit.
To answer your question, NO you will NOT get high by snorting Vivarin. If you snort Vivarin, you will be a big loser like the kid I copped $40 from.

It will probably burn like hell. I saw someone crush and snort one of those ephedrine based pills and he ended up with a very raw nose for a few days. I doubt it will hurt you more than the burning sensation and raw nose (not good).
