Snorting oxycontin specifically

I snorted oxycontin all day yesterday, and right before bed I noticed that I had dried powder
caking up in my nose, quite alot of it in-fact.
My question: is snorting oxy the most economic way to injest them? I'm talking about miles per gallon here and by the stuff chunking up and drying in my nostrols I may not be getting the full benefit.If I had a big enough syringe
(without the needle of course) I would mix them up and administer them rectally, now that I know is sure fire.

As with any recreational substance, injection is always the most efficient way.
Granted, it's not always the healthiest, or safest, but you didn't ask about that.
Personally I enjoy IV OC.
It takes quite a bit of preperation to reduce the health risks, but the high is very enjoyable.
If you know how to prepare an OC for a safe injection, I'd reccomend that route, as it's the best, quickest high, with the lowest amount of product loss.
However I wouldn't reccomend you make it a practice, as after a while it can be rather toxic on the body.
Definitely a must try though.

As you have found, snorting them isn't very economical. You're best off just crushing them up and eating them. No, you don't get a rush. But the overall height of the plateau and the duration by far outweigh the benefits of other routes of administration for getting the most bang mg for mg.

If you call a 30-45 minute high efficient..
Injecting oxycodone provides a terrific rush, but the high is over as fast as it's started and will leave you nothing more than irritated if you aren't stocked to shoot once an hour.
The tolerance will also skyrocket faster than the minute it takes you to fuck your girlfriend. On Monday you might get off on 20mgs and by Friday you may need 80mgs just to feel anything.
Unless you're substituting for heroin, injecting oxycodone is a poor way to go.

Injecting OxyContin is FAR from healthy. There is no way you could possibly filter out all of the talc and other non-soluable particles which will get into your veins and destroy veins, liver tissue, your lungs, your eyes, etc.
You want to use a thick piece of cotton, rolled as tightly as possible and the water in your syringe should be CLEAR.. even then you still have a ton of non-soluable particles in there.

There is no such thing as safely injecting OxyContin, period.
You can definantly live, I'm certainly proof of that as I was shooting OxyContin daily for months, but it takes it's toll.
Of all methods of using oxycodone, injecting is by far the best rush and quickest way to acheive a high (takes less than 10 seconds).. but as for product loss, I disagree.
You will certainly lose some of the OxyContin when you try to shoot it. Some of it gets trapped in the pill fillers and will never get into your cotton. Refilling the spoon with water to try to shake the filler and draw up a second round will result in shooting up tons of bad crap.
If you don't want product loss, eat it.
