Snorting heroin...how much for a newbie?

So I got myself some heroin from one of those online black markets, specifically 1g and I'd like to know what my first dosage should be. I have to mention that I never done heroin before. It's probably not extremely pure but I doubt it's a trash quality either. I know it varies a lot depends on the quality, but assuming its quite pure, what would be be the safe amount? (Is it even possible to OD from snorting less than 0.1g? I hope not cuz that was the amount I had in mind but it might be a little too much I guess... :/)

I'm no heroin expert but .1 seems like a lot for a first time. Erowid says 20-60MG is strong. Hopefully somebody else can chime in on this.

Edit: I just saw you got it off the darknets so I would be more careful since the drugs off there seem to be more pure

Definitely start very very small as you have no idea what you got where it came from or anything, it could be incredibly pure. 50mg is a very tiny amount and should make a good starting dose assuming it is around 20-30mg of heroin. Remember you can always do more if you are not happy in 15-30 minutes. Start slow or you will just get sick and puke everywhere.

It's always better to be safe then sorry. Since you haven't snorted heroin before take baby steps. Do a tiny tiny bit and wait 20 minutes. Snorting heroin is not like cocaine and you don't feel the affects immediately. It takes awhile for the full affects to hit. .1g is a bit too much for the first bump in my opinion. Learn about how your body reacts to snorting heroin before going all out

yea man .1 could very easily kill you.... i had a really good tolerance built up, i was doing half a g a day and i ODed on .1... but i IVed too but yea man just becareful, like everyone else said you can always do more later and when snorting it you wont feel it as fast as you feel coke.... but since ya posted this the other day im assuming ya already did it and since ya havnt gotten back on i hope ya didnt kill yourself
