So I used to have a bad habit of picking my nose until it bled (gross I know) and I eventually got a perforated septum because of it. I've since had surgery and no longer pick my nose but now I'm wondering about the effects occasional drug insufflation (three times a month or so) would have on the septum; would the negative effects be greater now because of the previous perforation, lesser now because of the scar tissue or would doing it so rarely make the negative effects practically non-existent (as was the case before)? Thanks.
